Overview

“Where can we find concise and accurate information on heavy goods vehicles and trailers in Europe?”

This remains a question put constantly to Truck & Bus Builder over its 35 years of publication and has been the most difficult to answer because, until the introduction of this report in 2003, there had been very little available.'The European Truck-Trailer Report' remedies this situation and we are pleased to announce that the seventh edition of this comprehensive market study is due for publication at the end of November.

The report tracks the key developments of the leading trailer makers in Europe over the past few years. It provides the reader with information on the ways in which the manufacturers and their component suppliers are impacting and influencing the European market.

As in the past, a main feature of the report includes detailed market statistics. Both registration and production figures for semi-trailers and heavy-duty drawbar trailers throughout Europe are provided with two year forecasts to the end of 2016.

The report also looks at the trends occurring within different market segments, for example: trailer chassis and bodies; refrigeration; bulk tankers and specialist trailers; running gear and suspension and braking systems, as well as reporting on the important changes in legislation.

'The European Truck-Trailer Report' is now a highly regarded publication within the industry and many senior executives say it is an extremely valuable sales planning and business development tool.
