Half year CV sales in Chile are the best in four years

Chile - The commercial vehicle market in Chile registered cumulative sales of 9,272 units in the first half of 2022, the best result in the last four years, with an increase of 12.1% over the same period in 2021, when it reached 8,271 units, according to ANAC (National Automotive Association of Chile) based in Santiago.

ANAC reported that there were 8,318 trucks and 954 buses in the first six months of this year, against 7,389 trucks and 882 buses in the same period in 2021. Both segments grew, truck sales were up by 12.6% and the bus and coach sector was up 8.16% over the same period last year.
