USA – Lightning eMotors Inc, an electric vehicle retrofitter and manufacturer based in Loveland, Colorado, has announced the launch of its new virtual fleet planner that provides fleet managers with a customised operating cost analysis and carbon metrics for their electric vehicle fleet. Customers select the type of fleet (cargo, school bus or passenger etc), and input details (route, payload, number of passengers) and the fleet management tool provides an equivalent comparison with other relevant ICE vehicles, ultimately cutting costs, improving performance and decreasing emissions.
