Marcopolo registers record revenues and sales

Brazil - Marcopolo SA of Caxias do Sul, Brazil has reported consolidated net revenue of BRA4.197bn (USD1.1bn) in 2018, an increase of 45.9% on revenues of BRA2.866bn (USD750m) recorded in 2017.

Marcopolo said the increase in turnover was as a result of increased revenues from sales in Brazil, which totalled BRA1.916bn (USD502m) or 45.6% of total net revenue; this was 76.4% higher than BRA1.086bn (USD 282 million), in 2017.
