Iveco Latin America records best result for last five years, states commercial director

Brazil - Iveco Latin America Ltda of Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, a subsidiary of the CNH Industrial group, in 2020 reported truck sales of 5,064 units, and an increase of some 30.2% on 3,535 units inthe previous year. This performance increased its market share to 5.7% against 3.8% in 2019, according to data by Anfavea. Iveco was the only OEM to increase volume sales in contrast with the overall market trend, which contracted 11.5% to 89,678 units compared with 2019.

“It was our best year in the last five years”, summarized Ricardo Barion, commercial director at Iveco. “E-commerce, the supermarket, pharmaceutical and civil construction segments increased their purchases, which positively affected our business.”
