Demers Ambulance buys Canadian painting and aftersales service partner

Canada - Ambulance body building specialist, Demers Ambulances Manufacturer Inc (Demers) of Beloeil, Quebec has announced its expansion by acquisition of its strategic supply partner, Garage Carrey & Fils Ltd (Garage Carrey), a specialist in painting, maintenance and repair of automotive vehicles.
Founded in 1956, Garage Carrey specializes in general automotive mechanics, bodywork, and painting, and has been a strategic partner of Demers since 1988. Garage Carrey operates out of a 17,000 square foot building in Beloeil, Quebec. The Demers company says this acquisition was an opportunity to consolidate its paint operations and achieve its goal of significantly increasing its range of after-sales services.
