Carbuss adds El Buss 320L commuter coach to export models for Uruguay

Brazil / Uruguay – Brazilian bus body manufacturer, Carbuss Indústria Catarinense de Carrocerias Ltda (Carbuss) of Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil which builds coaches under the Busscar brand has expanded its export range of models to Uruguay with the sale of its first El Buss 320L coach to Decatur, a coach operator in Cerro Largo city, in Uruguay.

The Busscar El Buss 320L coach for Decatur, which has been purchased for  intercity operation between Uruguayan cities of Melo, Rio Branco, and Lago Mérin, has been mounted on the Volkswagen 17,260 bus chassis from Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Ltda (VWCO) in Resende, Brazil, which has been configured to comply with the urban transport market specifications in Uruguay. Carbuss says the El Buss 320L coach body model is also available on Volvo, Iveco, Scania, and Mercedes-Benz chassis.
