USA - Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company of Akron, Ohio has launched its new Fuel Max RSD (Regional Service Drive) tyre with enhanced fuel efficiency, mileage and traction for super-regional driving fleets. The tread compound is also designed to help resist tearing and high scrub resistance. The Fuel Max RSD drive tyre will initially launch in 295/75R22.5 (Load Range G), with additional sizes rolling out in 2022.

Goodyear also announced three new UniCircle retread tyres – the Fuel Max RSD, Fuel Max RTD and UltraGrip RTD, which offer matching tread designs and compounds to the new tyres respectively – these will become available in mid-2021 in popular sizes.
