Through a special-purpose entity, “Zevx Liquidation LLC”, Resolution is running two sales processes in parallel: an auction of ZEVx equipment at its location in Gilbert, Arizona; and a separate sale of the company’s intellectual property. According to Global Vice President  Eric Guter, each high-capacity station will be able to refuel 200 heavy-duty trucks or 2000 cars per day. This is a strategic move by the company (the largest supplier of hydrogen in the world) which already operates six hydrogen refuelling stations in Southern California. California was chosen due to the large green State subsidies available.

Harbinger announced USD 400 million in (4,000 binding vehicle pre-orders) orders of its medium-duty electric truck chassis. The company has produced a patented proprietary electric platform (EV stripped chassis) that is sold to dealers for bodying. Harbinger’s electric chassis is available in three different wheelbases, including 158, 178 and 208 inches, and in four different gross vehicle weight ratings (GVWRs), ranging from class 4 through 6.

Allison states that many Chinese-built buses are now equipped with its Torqmatic series, a range of fully automatic transmissions for engine ratings ranging from 172 kilowatts (230hp) to 283 (380hp), specifically designed for suburban buses and tour coaches.

The company has stated that the product has been designed to withstand “harsh environments”. These converters are air-cooled and able to operate in temperatures of up to 85 degrees Celsius.

Jointly developed by the two companies, the engine will be integrated into Isuzu’s new medium-duty truck range. The engine is set to go into series production in Q4 2024, at Isuzu’s engine plant in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.
