Daimler Truck aims to achieve CO2-neutral production by 2039

Germany – Daimler Truck AG of Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Baden-Württemberg has announced it is continuing to ramp up efforts to reduce emissions after recently installing more than 6,000 photovoltaic solar panels on the roof of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Wörth, Germany. This system generates 3,000 MWh of electricity a year. These efforts help aid Daimler Truck's sustainable business strategy as the company aims to achieve CO2-neutral production in all plants worldwide by 2039.
