SAF-Holland shareholders approve change of legal status and transfer of registered office to Bessenbach in Germany

Luxembourg / Germany – The majority of shareholders of SAF-Holland SA of Luxembourg last month voted in favour of changing the legal status of the truck and trailer components supplier to SAF-Holland SE, which stands for Societas Europaea* (SE) and with the future registered office being in Bessenbach, Germany – where the company’s main manufacturing and operational headquarters already exist.

As well as approving the the new version of the articles of association of SAF-Holland SE, the extraordinary shareholder meetings last month also approved a capital increase from company funds and the terms of transfer.
