SAF Holland moves registered office from Luxembourg to Germany

Germany / Luxembourg - Entry into the commercial register of the local court of Aschaffenburg means Bessenbach-based SAF-Holland SE has completed the transfer of its registered office from Luxembourg to Bessenbach, Germany with full legal effect. As a result, the revised version of the articles of association passed by resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of May 20, 2020, also came into force.
According to the revised version of the articles of association, the organisational structure of the company is based on the dualistic board system comprising the Management Board as the management body and the Supervisory Board as the supervisory body, along with the Annual General Meeting. In addition, due to the revised version of the articles of association, the shares of SAF-Holland SE were converted from nominal value shares to no-par value shares.
