UK - CNH Industrial NV, headquartered in London, is conducting an organisational restructuring aimed at laying the foundation for accelerated global growth and profitability through strengthening and re-focusing its Global Executive Committee (“GEC”, formerly named “Group Executive Council”). The GEC is the operational decision-making body of CNH Industrial, responsible for reviewing the operating performance of the segments and making decisions on certain operational matters.

The move follows a detailed review of the group's business practices and takes into account feedback from customers and channel partners, internal processes, organisational structure and governance. The review highlighted areas of excellence and also identified opportunities for significant improvement.
