LDV launches second all-electric van model as orders spark for EV80

The Commercial Vehicle Show 2019 held in Birmingham in late April saw the Dublin-based distributor; LDV UK & Ireland Ltd (a Harris Group subsidiary) unveil its second all-electric purpose-built van, the EV30.

Smaller than the EV80 all-electric van launched at the CV Show in 2018, the EV30 offers a range of up to 200 miles on a single charge using 53kWh high-capacity lithium-Iron batteries manufactured by CATL - China’s reportedly largest battery manufacturer. A second battery pack option is offered of 35kWh output offering a range of 127 miles.
