Brazil / Mexico - Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Ltda (VWCO), a subsidiary of the Traton Group has added the Delivery 4.160 urban distribution truck to its export programme for Mexico; in March it launched its larger model, the Delivery 6.160.

The Delivery 4.160, which is fully built by VWCO in Resende, Brazil, has a gross weight of 3,850kg and payload capacity of 1,835kg and is equipped with the Cummins ISF 2.8-litre engine with a power output of up to 156hp and maximum torque of 430Nm. The Cummins’ engine is matched with the Eaton ESO-4206 six-speed manual transmission. The vehicle features an independent front suspension, steering column with height and depth adjustments for driver and passenger comfort, and, according to VWCO, the best manoeuvrability in its category.
