CNH Industrial’s five-year business plan includes splitting business into two new listed entities

UK - CNH Industrial NV, headquartered in London, announced a five-year 2020 – 2024 business plan called ‘Transform 2 Win’ at its Capital Markets Day event in New York, USA, in early September, presenting a detailed strategy to transform the company’s structure and performance to empower its five operating segments in achieving their full potential.

A key feature of the plan is the separation of its ‘On-Highway’ business (commercial vehicles and powertrain segments) and its ‘Off-Highway’ business (agriculture, construction and specialty segments) to create two new listed entities.
