Hino buys out its Argentinean distributor

Hino Motors in July acquired all outstanding shares in its Argentinean distributor, Hino Motors Sales Argentina SA. The Buenos Aires-based company was subsequently renamed Hino Sales Argentina and became a consolidated subsidiary of the Japanese truck-making group.

Hino entered the Argentinean in 2016 as part of its plan to develop a strong manufacturing and sales presence in the Americas. Taking control of the distributor will bring it closer to its clients and help improve customer service.
