300 Caio Apache VIP buses on Mercedes-Benz chassis for Pan American Games

Brazil / Peru - The capital and largest city of Peru, Lima, in June received 300 buses with Caio Induscar Apache VIP bus bodies and Mercedes-Benz OF-1721 high-floor chassis for the Pan American Games, which are taking place there between July 26 and August 11.
The vehicles were purchased by the Divemotor concessionaire, the local distributor for Mercedes-Benz, and are to be sub-contracted for transportation of people attending during the event. After the Pan American Games, buses will be sold and operated by local public transport companies.
