Arriva UK announces upgraded Temsa coaches for UK market

UK / Turkey - Arriva Bus and Coach of Cleckheaton, UK, the official importer for Turkish bus and coach builder, Temsa SA of Adana, used Coach & Bus UK Expo in Birmingham last month to announce a redesigned series of coaches; the 12m HD12 RHD and its mid-size companion, the 9m, 39 seat MD9 RHD. Both the HD12 and MD9 have restyled fronts, sides and rear profiles as well as redesigned headlights, rear lights, three piece bumper and reversing cameras as standard. As well as a redesigned exterior including USB charging points per Innova seat as standard, the new models both boast enhanced suspension, while the HD12 also features the next generation, ZF Ecolife transmission, new ZF drive and latest DAF MX11 engine.

Temsa says its designers have also re-designed the saloon of both models with a host of new features including step edge LED lighting and new interior lighting, while the HD12 also has an LCD dashboard as standard.
