Pacoline impresses with camera-equipped side-view mirrors

Pune – CV mirror assembly supplier, Pacoline Industries Pvt Ltd¹ of Pune, has developed camera-equipped digital side and rear view mirrors, which can be retrofitted in any current commercial vehicle. The new digital camera mirror, which is in the process of being homologated for OEM factory fit applications. It was first displayed at the edition of Prawaas 2019 held in Maharashtra, last July.
Muzammil Shaikh, Director, Pacoline Industries Pvt Ltd, speaking at that show, said: “Especially for this edition we have launched a motorised coach mirror with night vision camera. As the speed of the vehicle increases the need for safety also increases and this additional night vision safety aspect is really drawing customers to us. The drivers get wider vision because of the camera and we have observed that the rear-view camera is the ‘in-thing’ now for the buses.”
