Pinnacle and China's Phylion open li-ion battery assembly plant in Pune

China / Maharashtra – Technology partnership manufacturer, Pinnacle Industries Ltd¹ of Pune, has partnered with Phylion Battery Company Ltd² of Jiangsu, China to establish a lithium-ion battery assembly facility in Maharashtra, India.

Phylion Battery, which was established in 2003 has expanded strongly since then to establish production facilities in Europe and Asian markets. The company entered India four years ago supplying lithium-ion battery cells to the automotive industry and says it has established itself as a leading player in India’s domestic EV market.
