Solaris posts record revenues and sales in 2019

Poland – 2019 was a record year for bus and trolleybus builder, Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. of Bolechowo, Poland (a CAF Group company) with record sales revenues of PLN2.6bn (EUR572m) compared with PLN1.867bn (EUR410m) in 2018 and record unit sales of 1,487 (2018: 1,226).
Sales revenues in 2019 grew by a massive PLN737m (EUR162m) or the equivalent of 40%, the company’s fourth straight annual increase in a row. The 2019 figures also revealed volumes in 2019 increased by 261 units from the previous year, and by 90 units, when compared with the previous record sales year of 1,397 units in 2017.
