MIRA and Plug & Play to accelerate connected and automated mobility (CAM) technology companies in UK

UK / USA – The MIRA Technology Park in Nuneaton (a division of Horiba Mira Ltd), one of Europe’s leading mobility R&D centres for automotive technologies, has announced it is partnering with Plug and Play of Sunnyvale, California, USA, the US innovation platform for start-up technology companies to create the UK’s first Mobility Innovation Hub.

The Mobility Innovation Hub, which is to focus on accelerating start-ups involved in connected and automated mobility (CAM) technologies, is to be located at the MIRA Technology Park in Nuneaton. The MIRA Technology Park is a well know automotive technology cluster that provides extensive R&D facilities and access to highly-skilled engineering expertise. It has currently 40 mobility sector companies, including many well-known brands, collectively employing over 1,200.
