Schmitz Cargobull plans roll out of rigid truck body with body building service partners in UK

UK / Lithuania / Germany - Schmitz Cargobull AG of Horstmar, Germany, via its UK-owned subsidiary Schmitz Cargobull (UK) Ltd of Warrington, UK, plans to extend assembly of its rigid truck bodies in the UK through its national Service Partner network.

The initiative is to meet growing demand for distribution vehicles for last mile deliveries. Schmitz Cargobull explained the group strategy is to work with UK bodybuilders that are already authorised maintenance providers for assembling its M.KO rigid truck bodies, using panels shipped in from Schmitz Cargobull’s factory in Panevéžys, Lithuania.
