Microvast wins supply contract with JBM bus division

India / USA / China - Fast-charging battery power systems supplier, Microvast Holdings Inc of Stafford, Texas, which has its main manufacturing hub in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China has announced it has been appointed supply partner of India’s fully-integral bus builder, the JMB Group of Haryana, near Delhi for electric buses.

JMB currently offers the India market nine- and 12-metre electric buses under the ECO-LIFE name. These have been developed under the ‘Made in India’ 100% electric buses programme in conjunction with its joint venture and technology partner, Solaris Bus and Coach SA of Bolechowo, Poland.
