UKHanover Displays Ltd, the Lewes-based passenger information and destination display specialist, has invested in more collaborative robotic systems, otherwise known as 'Cobots', to improve manufacturing efficiency and process quality, even further, to deliver significant benefits for clients specifying destination display technology.

This is the second time the company has installed Cobots at its manufacturing premises in Lewes, UK. It introduced its first Cobot in September 2018 to enhance its testing capabilities. This was developed in partnership with Absolute Robotics Ltd of Bristol, UK. This application, Hanover Displays states, proved highly successful in delivering pinpoint accuracy in the testing of processor and power supply boards, which are produced by Hanover as part of its destination display systems.
