Ford Brazil completes sale of car and truck manufacturing complex in São Bernardo do Campo

Brazil - Ford Brasil Ltda of São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo State, on Saturday, October 31, 2020, announced the completion of the sale of the São Bernardo do Campo plant, in ABC Paulista to Construtora São José, a company specializing in logistics projects, and FRAM Capital, a company with extensive experience in resource management. The sale figures were not disclosed.
In a statement about the sale process, Ford do Brasil Ltda, said: “The transaction is the result of a selection process that involved a series of potential buyers, in which the two companies presented the best alternative for the plant and the region.”
