Foton launches latest generation of Aumark light and medium-duty urban trucks in Brazil

Brazil - Foton Caminhões do Brasil of Guaíba, Rio Grande do Sul in December 2020 introduced a new generation of light and medium-duty trucks to the Brazilian market. Three models of the new generation Aumark S range were launched, the Citytruck 6.5-15, Citytruck model 9-16 and Citytruck 11-16.
Márcio Vita, CEO of Foton Trucks in Brazil said he was optimistic about generating good sales in Brazil with the new trucks as sales of these trucks in China, which were first launched in China in 2018, have since reached 280,000 units. Vita said: “These vehicles will be a new milestone in the history of Brazilian urban logistics. They are trucks that bring, as standard, items of comfort and safety that until now were only supplied as optional items.”
