Transdev links with Mobileye and Lohr Group to operate autonomous shuttles in European cities

Lohr, Mobileye & Transdev plan delivery of i-Cristal from 2023

France / Israel – Paris-based transport operator, Transdev Group is planning to introduce autonomous shuttles into global transport systems starting in Europe. Strategic collaboration between Transdev subsidiary, Transdev Autonomous Transport System (ATS), the Jerusalem, Israel-based autonomy specialist, Mobileye (an Intel-owned company), and mobility vehicle manufacturer, Lohr Group of Strasbourg, is to develop and deploy autonomous shuttles. The companies are integrating Mobileye’s self-driving system into the i-Cristal electric shuttle, manufactured by the New Mobilities1 division of the Lohr Group, with plans to integrate it into public transportation fleet services.
