DAF starts production of its new CF truck range

Brazil - DAF Caminhões Brasil Ltda has started production of its latest version of the CF tractor range at its plant in Ponta Grossa, Paraná State, Brazil for both the on- and off-highway markets, as well as a CF rigid truck model, marking its entry into the rigid truck distribution segment in Brazil for the first time.

The new CF model has a new bolder cab design and is fitted with the latest P-7 (Euro V) Paccar MX11 (10.8-litre) engine which, together with other driveline upgrades, improves the truck’s fuel economy by 15% when compared with the previous version.
