Four VW Constellation rigid trucks ready for export with ZF Traxon transmission

Brazil - Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Ltda of Resende, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil has announced that four of its extra heavy-duty VW Constellation truck models are to be fitted with the new 12-speed V-Tronic ZF Traxon transmission for sale in export markets from April this year. VWCO says typically it exports to other markets in South America, Central America and Africa countries.

The VW Constellation 24.330, 30.330, 19.360 and 25.360 truck models (all are rigid trucks ranging from 19t gvw to 30t gvw) are, as of April this year, available for export markets with automated transmissions from ZF; these models have been available in Brazil with the ZF Traxon since September 2020.
