Grammer sets up another truck seat JV in China

Germany / China – Seating specialist, Grammer AG of Ursensollen, Germany has agreed on another joint venture with FAW Group Corporation (First Automobile Works) of Changchun, Jilin, China.
Together with a FAW subsidiary, Grammer announced it will produce high-quality truck seats available ex-works in many of the FAW Group’s truck model platforms. Grammer will hold a 60% majority stake in the yet unnamed joint venture company.
