CNH Industrial committed to spinning off on-highway business units in 2022

UK – Mid-April saw global CV and agricultural vehicle construction giant, CNH Industrial, which is headquartered in London, UK announce it would be continuing to pursue its strategy to sell off its On-Highway business in 2022, despite talks breaking down with China’s FAW Jiefang as a possible future owner.

The statement read as follows: “CNH Industrial confirms that it has terminated discussions with FAW Jiefang with regard to the Company’s On-Highway business and is continuing to pursue its existing plans for a spin-off of these activities in early 2022.”
