Russian bus market rumbles on in downward trend

Russia – In 2020, Russia registered 13,339 medium and heavy-duty (5t gvw and above) buses and coaches, a 4.5% decrease compared with registrations in 2019 of 13,963 units, according to statistics collated by Avtostat Info. Russian models continued to constitute the bulk of the market with imports accounting for just 1,137 units or 8.5% of the total market.

The market continued to be led by PAZ, LiAZ and NefAZ.
