Toyota in hydrogen fuel cell production JV in China

Japan / China - Toyota Motor Corporation  of Toyota, Japan plans to establish a new joint venture in China with Beijing SinoHytec Company to manufacture hydrogen fuel cell systems to power electric vehicles, according to local reports. 

The Japanese vehicle maker is reported to have signed an agreement to establish an equal stake joint venture called Toyota Sinohytec Fuel Cell Company, with an initial paid up capital of JPY8bn (USD73m).
