Germany / Russia - Daimler KAMAZ RUS (DK RUS) of Naberezhnye Chelny, the joint venture company between Daimler Trucks AG and Russian partner, KAMAZ, is delivering an order for 100 Mercedes-Benz AROCS off-highway trucks from Russian construction company, Partner Group. They will join 71 Mercedes-Benz trucks already owned by the company. Deliveries commenced in April with 30 AROCS 4142B supplied by the Moscow-based dealer. The remainder will be supplied before the end of this year.

DK RUS says it has assembled and sold more than 35,000 Mercedes-Benz and FUSO trucks for the Russian market during the past 11 years. The AROCS trucks for Russia are produced as Completely Knocked Down kits at the company’s dedicated CKD Centre at the Mercedes-Benz Trucks’ truck assembly plant in Wörth, Germany – they are sent to Russia by container ship. The DK RUS assembly plant is in Naberezhnye Chelny, close to a local facility which has supplied cabs for the trucks since 2019.
