UK / Netherlands - Total Vehicle Solutions (TVS) Group Ltd of Wisbech, UK (a company owned by Elaghmore LLP, a UK-based private equity firm of Leamington Spa, UK) has acquired aluminium trailer and tipper body manufacturer, Wilcox Group Ltd, trading as Wilcox Commercial Vehicles (Wilcox), which is in Market Deeping, Peterborough.
