VECV delivers first 50 Eicher CNG buses to the city of Pune

VECV Eicher CNG buses delivered to Pune

Pithampur – Commercial vehicle manufacturer, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV) of Pithampur - the joint-venture subsidiary of Sweden’s Volvo AB and Eicher Motors Ltd of Gurugram (New Delhi), India – has delivered 50 units of its 24-seat Eicher CNG AC¹ buses to Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal (PMPML), the city bus operator in Pune. This is the first time VECV has delivered gas buses to Pune. This gas bus was first launched on the market back in 2019, but Covid restricted sales to orders of single digit numbers, until now.
