Terberg acquires majority stake in distributor for Northern Ireland

Netherlands / UK – Royal Terberg Group BV, a manufacturer of specialist trucks based in Benschop, the Netherlands, has acquired a majority stake in MPM Specialist Vehicles Ltd², a distributor of specialist trucks based in Hillsborough, Northern Ireland. Terberg’s motivation behind the investment is to expand its presence in the Northern Irish market.

MPM, which was founded in 2010 by Mark and Joanne McCluskey and who are to retain shares in the company, has represented Terberg Special Vehicles¹ in Northern Ireland since its inception. Mark McCluskey will remain as company director of MPM.
