Randon Tech Solutions buys automation subsidiary company - Auttom

Brazil - Randon Tech Solutions - RTS Industry (RTS) - a relatively new subsidiary of Randon Companies, a unit dedicated to automation development and acceleration at Randon Companies – has acquired for BRA14m, Auttom, a company based in Caxias do Sul (RS), which provides technological solutions in automation and industrial robotics.
This acquisition is RTS’s first since its creation in October 2020. The acquisition is aimed at complementing and expanding RTS’s connections with cutting edge technologies.
