Volvo FH 540 – Brazil’s best-selling truck in Brazil for the ninth time

Top selling truck in Brazil in 2021 - Volvo FH 540
Brazil – 2021 marked the ninth year where the Volvo FH 540 heavy truck was the best-selling truck across all categories in the Brazilian market. Between January and December, there were 8,935 units registered, according to statistics released by Fenabrave, (National Federation of Automotive Vehicle Distribution), an entity that brings together dealerships of all brands in the country.
Alcides Cavalcanti, executive director of trucks at Volvo Trucks Latin America Ltda of Curitiba, Paraná State commented: “Since 2019, the FH 540 leads the general ranking of trucks in Brazil, ahead even of light models, an unparalleled achievement in the country.”
