Chennai – Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd (DICV) of Oragadam, near Chennai, a subsidiary of Germany’s Daimler Truck AG, has opened its first dealership in Union territory of Jammu, in association with PAL Trucking (PAL Sales & Service Pvt Ltd). Growing construction reflects the increasing demand for BharatBenz products in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, northern India, the company stated. 

In Jammu & Kashmir, Jammu is the first network touchpoint of BharatBenz. Spread over 2,000 square yards and housing eight service bays The dealership provides complete sales, service, and exchange support for the entire range of BharatBenz trucks and buses. It is already equipped with trained personnel offering a range of skills and services, as well as offering a host of value-added facilities designed for the benefit of the driver such as drivers’ lounge, driver training area and repayment point for those operating on hire purchase and other finance options. Services offered includes zero depreciation insurance, extended warranty of up to 8 years, and up to 10-years with an annual maintenance contract (AMC), Proserve Mobile App, 24x7 roadside assistance, and vehicle tracking system.
