JBM Auto arm acquires 51% stake in JBM Green Energy and JBM EV Industries

Delhi – JBM Auto Ltd (JBM) of Gurugram (New Delhi) has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in battery maker, JBM Green Energy Systems Pvt Ltd¹ and electric vehicle maker, JBM EV Industries Private Ltd² of New Delhi through its subsidiary JBM Electric Vehicles Ltd.
