JBM delivers 100 CNG-powered low floor city-buses to Delhi Transport

JBM's new CNG-powered CityLife low-floor buses

Delhi – JBM Auto Ltd (JBM) of Gurugram (New Delhi) has delivered the first 100 JBM CityLife¹ Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)-powered buses to Delhi Transport department. The JBM CITYLIFE low floor buses, which are to operate under the Cluster Scheme² of Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System (DIMTS) are part of an order from Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) for supply of 700 BS-VI compliant AC low-floor CNG buses. With the addition of these 100 gas buses, Delhi has extended its fleet of low-floor buses to over 470 units under the cluster scheme operated by the Transport Department of the government of India.
