Mallaghan launches recruitment drive at Dungannon facility

UK – Mallaghan Group, a manufacturer of ground support equipment (GSE) including trucks and buses for airports, has launched a recruitment drive at its headquarters and main manufacturing facility at Dungannon in Northern Ireland. Up to 40 new jobs will be created, the company reports.
This new initiative to hire more staff will expand the company’s workforce by approximately 15%. Despite the poor fortunes of the travel industry since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mallaghan states that its recruitment drive is launched in response to an increase in orders from its customers in commercial air transport, an early sign that the industry is set to recover.
