China – Ceres Power Holdings plc, based in Horsham, UK, and Weichai Power Co of Weifang, Shandong, have announced that they have signed a non-binding agreement with Robert Bosch Gmbh of Gerlingen, Germany, for the establishing of a three-way collaboration to deliver fuel cells to the Chinese market.
