FPT Industrial supplies the new F1C Euro VI engine of the Volkswagen Delivery Express+

BrazilFPT Industrial Brasil Ltda, based in Contagem, Minas Gerais, is the new engine supplier for the Delivery Express+ by Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Ltda. The new 3.0-litre F1C Euro VI engine, specially developed for the VW light truck, has an output of 156hp and a torque of 360Nm, and boasts a reduction of up to 5% in fuel consumption on previous engine versions, according to FPT. 

The 3.0-litre F1C Euro VI engine for the Delivery Express+ has state-of-the-art Common Rail electronic injection, with high torque already at lower rpm, ensuring better and safer starts and acceleration, even on steep gradients. It also has an SCR (selective catalytic reduction) system, with an Arla 32 tank integrated into the fuel tank, and an EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) system, providing better performance and lower consumption.
