UK – Speaking to Truck and Bus Builder, Stephen (Paddy) Dyson, Marketing Manager at HMG Paints Ltd, based in Manchester, UK, discussed the benefits of operating a family-run coatings business that manufactures locally in the UK.
Since its incorporation in 1930, HMG Paints has been manufacturing coatings for the bus, coach, and trailer industries at its site in Manchester. The firm also supplies coatings to agricultural, defence, as well as decorative applications, with Dyson explaining that the breadth of HMG’s product range is well represented by its motto:
