Switch Mobility to invest over GBP300m in India and the UK

UK / India – During the trade visit of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson to India, Switch Mobility Ltd of Sherburn in Elmet, UK announced it plans to invest over GBP300m in its business operations in both the UK and India, which it claims will lead to the creation of over 4,000 skilled jobs. 

In the UK, Switch will open a new Technical Centre in Warwick, creating over 130 skilled jobs. Under the leadership of Chief Technical Officer, Roger Blakey, the Technical Centre will be home to the development of next-generation vehicles when it opens in June this year.
