Tecso installs 125 electric fast chargers for city bus operations

Gujarat – Tecso ChargeZone (P) Ltd (Brand Name - Charge+Zone) of Gujarat, an EV charging network startup has announced that through its partnership with various state departments it has installed a network of over 125 DC fast-chargers for city buses and other public transport services in cities such as Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Patna, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Kanpur and Varanasi among others. These charging stations are located at locations within each city, to ensure availability of energy for public transport, especially electric buses.
Tecso claims the network is currently already supporting a fleet of more than 500 e-buses supplied by Ashok Leyland, VECV and GreenCell Mobility in the country. Furthermore, the company aims to extend its charging network in Chandigarh and Bangalore as well.
